Program for youth ages 15 through 21. Program begins with Career Competency Development Training (CCDT) which offers the foundational skills necessary for youth to transition into subsidized employment (internships). Workforce Development Specialists facilitates trainings and coordinates internships based on the youth’s career interest, aptitude and experience. Job placement assistance and retention support are available to DCF involved/referred youth.
