Residents of Connecticut that either of the following combinations:1) Husky D or Husky A coverage in combination with SSDI, SSIm or SSA 2) Husky D or Husky C, together with SSDI, SSI, SSA, or TANF

Community based program providing a number of different basic needs assistance to the residents of Connecticut. Program may offer grocery cards and transportation options. Grocery gift cards can be awarded for $100 per calendar year. Transportation benefits cover bus passes, gas cards, and/or UBER gift cards to support clients’ transportation needs. Maximum number of 3 approvals per 12 month calendar year. All requests must be 30 days apart. Clients requesting gas cards must submit a copy of a current and valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance in the name of the client.
