Program for inmates returning to the Greater Hartford area to help in their transition to sober, crime-free living. Weekly case management and drug/alcohol counseling begin in prison and continue in the community. Program helps participants meet basic needs such as acquiring housing, clothing, food, transportation and employment. Staff speaks English and Spanish.
