Bus Rapid Transit system in Connecticut, integrates with the CTtransit system, helping residents to connect and transfer easily among routes in the Greater Hartford communities, and access to other rail services throughout the state. Guideway is located between Hartford and New Britain with bus routes also serving New Britain, Bristol, Plainville,Southington, Cheshire, Waterbury, Newington, West Hartford, Hartford, and Manchester. Routes provide service to other destinations such as hospitals, shopping malls, college campuses, city/town centers, to name a few. Connections to the CTrail, Hartford Line, Waterbury Line, Amtrak rail, and Bradley Flyer airport service in Hartford are also available.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation unveiled the Go CT Card that provides a prepaid card for easy access to use on all CTtransit, CTtransit Express, and CTfastrak busses throughout the state. The same discounts a rider receives with a regular fare ticket, but the card and the funds on it will never expire. Riders will not have to have exact change or purchase a ticket each time.
