Priority is given to medical/dental appointments followed by grocery shopping and one weekly visit to the two senior centers. Out of town transportation is provided for medical appointments only. Dial-A-Ride is not provided to residents of long-term nursing facilities. Must be a permanent resident (either own a home or rent an apartment) and age 60+ or have an ADA qualified disability (MD certification required for persons under 60).

Application Process
Fill out application (contact Human Services for application) to receive membership card; Schedule rides for medical/dental appointments up to two weeks in advance; Grocery shopping trips can be made three days in advance; Requests for other types of activities such as visiting a sick relative can be made one day in advance and will be accommodated if space is available
