Drop-in Center available all year round to individuals in New Haven, Sunday through Friday 1:30-6pm. Onsite services include snacks/beverage, clothing, restrooms, WiFi access, computer/printer, hygiene products and telephone, short-term lockers for small items, mail service, harm-reduction interventions (used needle drop-box, Narcan, safe sex supplies, Fentanyl test strips, safe-use crack kits), and First Aid supplies. In addition, staff are available to assist with vital document retention (birth certificates, social security cards, etc.), employment searches, cellphone and SNAP applications, as well as referrals to additional and mainstream services, like shelter, housing assistance, mental health and substance use treatment, as well as case management.
