Early intervention to assist families to meet the developmental needs of infants and toddlers who are experiencing a developmental delay or certain medical conditions that may cause delays. Families are offered the opportunity to choose the supports and interventions that best meet the child’s needs. Services provided include assessment, intervention, outreach and education, and transition to the child’s local education agency (LEA) at their third birthday.
