Allows youths who do not own bicycles to repair and rebuild donated bikes which they can then keep.Come-up provides a safe place for youth ages 11 through 14 to learn how to advocate for youth activity and bike rights in the community. Participants will advance their mechanical knowledge, social and team skills and promote bike safety and biking in the Greater Danbury area. Participants must have completed the Earn-a-Bike program.
