Offers Food Awareness and Safety Training (FAST) classes to any groups or individuals who serve food to the public in any capacity. Classes emphasize the importance of food safety in preventing foodborne illnesses. Qualifed Food Operator Course incorporates all of the information taught in the FAST but in greater detail. Course is offered on a quarterly basis.
