Customers may visit the food pantry once per week on one of the following days: Wednesday from 4-7pm and Friday from 10am-1pm. Individuals must wear masks in the building and are advised to bring their own bags or box. In order to register, Connecticut residency must be shown and will be verified. Proof of residency may be a license or DMV ID, recent utility bills or a current lease or rental agreement. There are no financial qualifications. Customers must register each year per the state of Connecticut. Registering for the Food Pantry does not affect SNAP or any other state benefits. Although the pantry is not handicapped accessible, a proxy shopper may shop for a registrant who would not be able to participate otherwise. Delivery is not available. NOTE: If schools are closed due to inclement weather, the food pantry will be closed.
