Connecticut Energy Assistance Program has funds available to provide repairs and/or replacement of heating systems for single family, owner-occupied/life-tenant occupied dwellings that are determined to be unsafe or inoperable. These funds are available for eligible homeowners who receive an Energy Assistance Benefit between levels 1 through 3. Vulnerable households are prioritized. All screenings are done at local Community Action Agencies.
