Early intervention to assist families in meeting the developmental needs of infants and toddlers who are experiencing a developmental delay or certain medical conditions that may cause delays. Families are offered the opportunity to choose the supports and interventions that best meet the child’s needs. Provides assessment, intervention, outreach and education, and transition to the child’s local education agency (LEA) at their third birthday. Autism Program helps families diagnosis children ages 0-3 and links to autism related services.
