OAS Academic Scholarship Programme (Graduate)
Be a citizen or permanent resident of an OAS Member State.
Hold a bachelor's degree before applying.
Meet the admission requirements and minimum GPA of the chosen university.
Be proficient in the language of instruction.
Be in good physical and mental health to complete the programme.
Be willing to return to and remain in their sponsoring country for at least 24 months after completing their studies.
Meet any additional requirements established by the National Liaison Office (ONE).
The OAS Academic Scholarship Programme provides financial assistance to citizens and permanent residents of OAS Member States, including Jamaica, to pursue graduate studies at accredited universities in another OAS Member State. Scholarships support full-time master’s or doctoral studies delivered on-site, online, or through a combination of both, with priority generally given to online programmes. For local support in Jamaica, you must route all inquiries and initial applications through your National Liaison Office (ONE), which is handled by the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service (email: scholarships@mof.gov.jm)

Application Process
Apply for admission to an eligible graduate programme in another OAS Member State, complete the online OAS scholarship application, submit required documents to both the portal and your National Liaison Office for review and final selection, and await notification, with benefits varying and potentially including tuition, materials, insurance, and travel support.
