Application Process
Visit your nearest MLSS parish office to complete an application and submit the required documents. A social worker will assess your circumstances before your application is reviewed for approval.

Proof of address.

Quotations, business plans, or supporting documents for income-generating projects (where applicable).
Any additional documents requested during the assessment.
