Site-Based and school-based programs offer one-to-one mentoring to at-risk children by trained volunteers at designated sites, such as schools, community centers or corporate workplaces during the school year. Mentors and children meet weekly for structured sessions which include one-on-one and group activities which aim to include character-building, relationship development, and fun. Program aims to build friendships, provide guidance, and inspire Littles to reach their potential. Children are referred to the program by teachers, counselors, or parents, and a Program Staff Member oversees all stages of development, facilitation, and match support.
