A variety of enrichment programs are offered at the Learning Centers including music and arts programs, work study program, career workshops, computers training, math and literacy enrichment, homework help, photography, tennis, summer programs, sports and recreational activities. Free van transportation is provided for students attending programs at locations other than their home center. 20 West Avenue center services kids in grade 6 to 12. Colonial Village, Washington Village, Meadow Gardens and Roodner Court service kids in grade K to 6. There are three literacy centers: Washington Village, King Kennedy and Colonial Village. All children must be picked up by 6pm. The Centers will be closed when Norwalk Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather. Summer hours: 9am-3pm; School vacation hours: 10am-2pm; School break hours: 10am-2pm.
