Transitional Living Apartment Program (TLAP)
Age 18 through 22; Not DCF involved
Program provides congregate apartment housing, with 24/7 supervision, for teens and young adults ages 18 through 22 for up to 18 months. Residents receive case management services, job training, child care and life skills training. Residents are not involved with DCF or other state agencies.
