Transportation provided to medical appointments, to and from the Senior Center and Daily Activities for Independence Program, grocery shopping, banking and bill paying, other appointments (lawyer, hairdresser) and visiting (nursing homes, friends). Electric wheelchairs or carts can be accommodated. The system may be used by residents of Wallingford ages 60+ who do not drive their own vehicle or who cannot access a public transportation system to reach their desired destination. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis with consideration given to priority destinations and as the schedule allows.
