Emergency Fuel Program for residents of Woodbridge who maintain their primary residence in Woodbridge. Program is funded by donations, and requests are subject to the availability of funds. All clients must first apply for Energy Assistance through TEAM. Program will only help clients who have been approved by TEAM and have exhausted all of their benefits. The Emergency Fuel Program can only be used once a heating season, from October through April.
