Door-to-door transportation for any purpose for individuals with mental or physical disabilities that prevent them from being able to use the regular public transportation system. The person’s disability can be permanent, temporary, or conditional, (a conditional disability is one that exists under certain conditions; for example, at night, or when the temperature is very high, or very low.) Service area follows public bus routes in Darien, Norwalk, Stamford, Westport, and parts of and Wilton.

Must complete certification form; Certification form can be downloaded from agency website; Certification requires that person explain his/her disability and why it makes it impossible to use public bus transportation; Followed by a face-to-face interview; Once approved, reservations can be made 24 hours in advance, M-F: 8am-5pm
