Early intervention to assist families meet the developmental needs of infants and toddlers who are experiencing a developmental delay or certain medical conditions that may cause delays. Families are offered the opportunity to choose the supports and interventions that best meet the child’s needs. Provides assessment, intervention, outreach and education, and transition to the child’s local education agency (LEA) at their third birthday. Pediatric therapy staff is specifically trained to work with infants and toddlers (birth to three), and with preschoolers and school age children on an outpatient basis.
