1). Permanent Supportive Housing Program (PSH): Program provides congregate apartment housing, with 24/7 supervision, for young adults ages 18 through 24 for an unlimited time. Residents receive case management services, job training, clinical support and life skills training. 2). Youth Rapid Rehousing Program (RRH): Scattered site Independent living apartments and case management services for homeless youth (singles and/or families) ages 18 through 24.
