Food pantry for HIV+ individuals is open on a walk in basis. HIV+ individuals who do not work with a case manager at A Place to Nourish Your Health would have to obtain a referral from another agency case manager, or, they would need to set up an appointment prior to accessing the food pantry. The pantry is closed all major holidays and the week after Christmas until January 2nd.
