Provides information about, and referrals to, special education services for preschool aged children with developmental delays. Also can provide information on eligibility and how to advocate for appropriate services. Referrals are made to local education agencies for evaluation and assessment. Eligible children receive special instruction and related services addressing their developmental needs. Printed Materials for the Help Me Grow Program can be provided upon request.
