Provide financial assistance and resources for pet owners who are unable to pay for routine and emergency veterinary care, emergency shelter and hospice care for their animals. The program offers the following services: Emergency Medical Care, Routine Medical Care, Emergency Boarding, Fostering, Spay / Neuter, Vaccines, Microchip. Program assists Connecticut residents that are: experiencing financial challenges, senior citizens, sick and/or terminally ill and U.S. military veterans and their families.
