Low-Income based program aimed to assist customers facing financial hardship, provides a two-tiered low-income discount program that would start to assist with the billing cycle as of December 2023. Based on income qualifications, customers would either receive a 10% (Tier 1) or 50% (Tier 2) discount on their current monthly charges. New discount rate will stay in place for a period of one year. Eligibility verification is required every year. Customers will receive a letter to reverify 60 day prior to the end of the year.
