Program aims to foster a positive and constructive environment in CT prisons and connections to the community through art. It provides artists with in-prison art workshops and projects, holds art exhibitions in the community, and advocates for the arts and artists. Art exhibitions are held year-round in the state and beyond, culminating with the Prison Arts Program Annual Show.
