NOTE: This agency participates in a Unified Intake process and does not accept individual requests for shelter. Callers in need of shelter must call 2-1-1 for a referral. Transitional living program for unstably housed youth ages 18 to 21 who are in school or working. Youth must have a strong commitment to the 18 month program and follow established guidelines and policies. Youth are assigned a Case Manager who they meet with weekly.
