Provides interest free loans for seniors over age 60 and persons with disabilities 18+ who are receiving disability benefits through Social Security. Applicants must have a household income at or below 200% poverty level and must live in Fairfield county. The loans can be used for security and utility deposits, moving costs, home repairs, appliance repairs/replacements.
