Call Center Associates can assist with completing and submitting Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) applications, Periodic Review Forms, and recertifications. Call Center Associates can also assist with eligibility questions, problems with applications, and other services needed for recipients to receive and maintain benefits under the SNAP/Food Stamp program. Call Center answer calls in English and Spanish. Also maintains an online SNAP/food stamp eligibility screening tool at www.snap.endhungerct.org. If individuals are unable to speak to someone or leave a voicemail due to phone issues or because voicemail is full, they should send an email with their name, phone number, and state that they are in need of SNAP assistance to snap@endhungerct.org.
